Ms. Neal
   

My name is Shelly Neal. I am the TAG teacher at Manning Oaks. I am beginning my 24th year teaching TAG at Manning Oaks. I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a major in psychology and minor in social work. I received my elementary education degree at Kennesaw State University.

I love being an aunt to my 13 nieces and nephews. I have two adorable dogs. I am very passionate about conservation efforts for animals around the world. 

 

 
My name is Tom Dunmire, and I am privileged to teach TAG at Manning Oaks! I have been teaching TAG for over 15 years, and my students’ curiosity and creativity continue to amaze me every year.
 
My family and I live nearby in Windward. My wife, Karen, and I met at the University of Florida. She is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Children’s Medical Group in Johns Creek. Our daughter, Paige, is a neuroscience major at Georgia Tech and plans to attend medical school. Our son, Tommy, is a senior at Alpharetta High School, where he runs cross-country and track, dives, and plays golf.
 
In our free time, we love spending time together and staying active. We enjoy running, hiking, playing pickleball and tennis, surfing, and snowboarding. Most afternoons, you can find us on the Greenway or at the YMCA gym.
