Ms. Flowers

Dear Manning Oaks’ Family, 

My name is Nikkole Flowers, and it is with great pride and excitement that I introduce myself as principal of Manning Oaks Elementary! Manning Oaks is known for its phenomenal students and staff, positive atmosphere, and commitment to excellence in all areas.

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Florida State University (Go ‘Noles!) and earned my Education Specialist degree in School Leadership from Mercer University. I am originally from the sunny state of Florida and have lived in Georgia for over 20 years. I have one son, Giovanni, who is an energetic, fun, smart, and loving kid. He attends a Fulton County School, so I also am a proud parent in this school district. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, and watching my son play baseball. I also am a “foodie” and love watching cooking shows and trying new restaurants. I come to you with twenty years of educational experience as a teacher, Data Support Specialist, and Assistant Principal. 

It is my role to make sure every Manning Oaks’ student enjoys school, receives challenging and meaningful learning experiences, thrives academically and socially, and feels valued and safe.  Additionally, my goal is to support the MOE teachers, staff, and families because I truly appreciate you and all you do to take care of our kids. 

Our mission statement is Leading Learners to Excellence. Our vision is that we will be a diverse community that embraces differences, celebrates all voices, and empowers life long learning, and our motto is Create Your Path! I am thrilled to be a member of this community.  

I look forward to partnering with the students, staff, parents, and community to ensure all of our students excel socially, emotionally, and academically!  Go Tigers!
