Current FCS Families

If you are adding a new student to an existing Fulton County Schools household, please follow the instructions below. Please note that, for all 2025-2026 enrollments, all required documents must be uploaded to your application in order for us to process.

 

Existing families can use the parent portal to transfer buildings within Fulton County Schools.

If you need assistance with the enrollment process, please call Manning Oaks at 470 254 2912 between 8:00am and 1:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.

Adding New Student to Existing Household

Please login to your parent portal account and follow this pathway:

More -> Online Registration -> Existing Family Registration -> Next Year 25-26 -> Start

Once your application is submitted, please email your application number to:

EnrollmentsMOE@fultonschools.org

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

  • Certified proof of birth
  • GA Form 3231 (Immunizations must be on GA’s form)
  • GA Form 3300 (ear, eye, dental, & nutrition screenings required)
  • Parent/Guardian government-issued picture ID
  • Two proofs of residency (see below)
  • Current water or electric bill
  • and one of the following
  • Mortgage, Lease, Section 8/HUD Housing, Home Contract, current year tax bill/assessment, or HOA bill

Do you already have students enrolled in FCS and need to TRANSFER your student to another Fulton County School?

Step 1:
Contact your student's current school and complete an official withdrawal request (if applicable).   

Step 2:
Gather your Required Documents 

The following will satisfy:

  • Proof of residence (address change)
  • Hardship Approval
  • Charter school acceptance

Step 3:
Complete the Infinite Campus Online Registration and make a note of your Application Number. * (If you do not have a portal account, please visit Campus Parent to set-up your account)

Step 4:

Once complete, email enrollmentsMOE@fultonschools.org and our data clerk, Jenna Bannister Bannisterj@fultonschools.org with your application number and list any missing documents.

Las familias existentes pueden usar el portal para padres para transferir edificios dentro de las Escuelas del Condado de Fulton.

¿Ya tiene estudiantes inscritos en FCS y necesita TRANSFERIR a su estudiante a otra escuela del condado de Fulton o AGREGAR un NUEVO estudiante?

Paso 1:
Comuníquese con la escuela actual de su estudiante y complete una solicitud oficial de retiro (si corresponde).   

Paso 2:
Reúna sus documentos requeridos 

Lo siguiente satisfará:

  • Prueba de residencia (cambio de dirección)
  • Aprobación por dificultades
  • Aceptación de escuelas charter

Paso 3:
Complete el registro en línea de Infinite Campus y tome nota de su número de solicitud. * (Si no tiene una cuenta en el portal, visite Campus Parent para configurar su cuenta)

Paso 4:

Una vez completado, envíe un correo electrónico a enrollmentsMOE@fultonschools.org y a nuestra empleada de datos, Jenna Bannister, Bannisterj@fultonschools.org con su número de solicitud y enumere los documentos que faltan.
